Purchase of various office supplies not available at PS-DBM
for the use of different offices
1) The Municipality of Lemery through the Annual Budget 2026 intends to apply the sum of Three Million, Four Hundred Eighty-Three Thousand, Four Hundred Twenty-Seven Pesos and 57/100 (₱3, 483, 427.57) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Purchase of various office supplies not available at PS-DBM for the use of different offices. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Lemery now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required for 30 cd. Bidders should have completed contracts similar to the Project.
