1. The Municipality of Guipos, through the Budget Approved by Sangguniang Bayan of 2026 (Trust Fund 2026- PMNP) intends to apply the sum of Php 390, 600.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract for ITB NO. 2026- 000021: PURCHASE OF VARIOUS NUTRITIOUS MEALS FOR UNDERNOURISHED CHILDREN at RHU, Poblacion, Guipos, Zamboanga del Sur. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Guipos now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Thirty (30) Calendar Days from May 25, 2026- June 24, 2026.
