The Barangay Government of STA.MARIA, Sto. Tomas City, Batangas through its Bids and Awards Committee ( BAC) invites suppliers/dealers/contractors registered with applicable license and permits to apply for eligibility, and and if found eligible, to bid for the hereunder project:

Prospective Bidders should possess a valid License applicable to the contract, and have completed similar
contract with a value of at least 50% of the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), and have license to
operate as authorized distributor (listed in the eligiblity Forms) available for the prosecution of the contract.
The BAC will use non-discretionary pass/fail criteria in the Eligiblity Check/Screening as well as the Preliminary
