Description : INVITATION TO BID

PURCHASE OF VARIOUS MEDICAL EQUIPMENT

1. The Barangay Government of Barangay 17- Kalapati through 20% Development Fund duly approved by the Sangguniang Panlungsod intends to apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED TWENTY TWO THOUSAND PESOS (₱ 222, 000.00) being approved Budget for the contract (ABC) to payment for the PURCHASE OF VARIOUS MEDICAL EQUIPMENT of Barangay 17- Kalapati, Sta. Cruz, Cavite City

2. The Barangay 17- Kalapati Bids and Awards Committee now invites bids for the Purchase of Various Medical Equipment

3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary "pass/fail" criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184, otherwise known as the "Government Procurement Reform Act".

4. Interested Bidders may whether local or foreign, subject to the condition for eligibility provided in the IRR of RA 9184.9
