1. The Local Government Unit of Oton, through MEDICAL/DENTAL AND LABORATORY SUPPLIES intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Twelve Thousand Seven Hundred Eighty Pesos and 23/100 Only (Php 412, 780.23) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PURCHASE OF VARIOUS MEDICAL AND LABORATORY SUPPLIES FOR THE USE OF MUNICIPAL HEALTH OFFICE, OTON, ILOILO. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Oton now invites bids for the PURCHASE OF VARIOUS MEDICAL AND LABORATORY SUPPLIES FOR THE USE OF MUNICIPAL HEALTH OFFICE, OTON, ILOILO. Completion of the Works is required TWENTY (20) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
