1. The Municipality of Guipos, through the Budget Approved by Sangguniang Bayan of 2026 (Trust Fund 2026- PMNP) intends to apply the sum of Php 468, 000.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract for ITB NO. 2026- 000020: PURCHASE OF VARIOUS MEALS, SNACKS AND ACCOMMODATION FOR TRAINING OF COMMUNITY VOLUNTEER WORKERS at RHU, Poblacion, Guipos, Zamboanga del Sur. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
