Description : The Local Government Unit of Calinog, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to procure the PURCHASE OF VARIOUS MATERIALS FOR THE REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF PUBLIC PLAZA of the MAYOR'S OFFICE through SMALL VALUE PROCUREMENT (SECTION 34) of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 12009.
All interested suppliers/distributors are hereby invited to submit their lowest price quotation for the item/s described herein, subject to the Terms and Conditions of this Request for Quotation (RFQ). Quotations shall indicate the shortest delivery period and must be duly signed by the supplier or their authorized representative.
Submission of quotations shall be made not later than MARCH 27, 2026 at 9:00 A.M. at the BAC Secretariat Office, Temporary Municipal Hall (Calinog Foodcourt Building), Brgy. Poblacion Rizal Ilawod, Calinog, Iloilo, upon payment of the RFQ Form in the amount of Five Hundred Pesos (₱500.00).
