Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : According to TDS1. Trade License (2025-26)2. BIN/VAT3. Income Tax Certificate (2025-26)4. Update Bank Solvency (After the IFT publication on e-GP Website).5. Tender Security shall be TK. 9500/- (Taka nine thousand and five hundred only) in favor of Deputy Director, RPATC, Chattogram. Otherwise, the bidder would be Non-Responsive.6. The minimum amount of Liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities or Letter of Commitment of the Tenderer shall be Tk 320000/- (Taka three lakh twenty thousand) in favor of Deputy Director, RPATC, Chattogram. Otherwise, the bidder will be Non-Responsive..7. The minimum numbers of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the Supplying Goods as Prime Supplier shall be 5 years.8.
