The Municipality of Guipos, through the Budget Approved by Sanguniang Bayan of 2026 (Trust Fund 2026- DSWD) intends to apply the sum of Php 2, 025, 000.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract for ITB NO. 2026- 000038: PURCHASE OF VARIOUS COMMODITIES TO SUPPORT SUPPLEMENTARY FEEDING PROGRAM FOR ECCD LEARNERS at MSWDO, Poblacion, Guipos, Zamboanga del Sur. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
