Tender Details

Task No. 1 - Purchase and delivery of unmarked hatchback/sedan police vehicles with improved parameters. Task No. 2 - Purchase and delivery of unmarked Combi police vehicles with improved parameters. Task No. 3 - Purchase with delivery unmarked police vehicles of the 5-seater "Brygadówka" type. The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of unmarked police motor vehicles for the needs of the Silesian garrison under a framework agreement divided into three tasks. The Ordering Party will conclude a framework agreement for each task separately with a maximum of six (6) Contractors whose offers meet all the requirements of the SWZ and the Public Procurement Law and will receive the highest number of points based on the offer evaluation criteria specified in in section X SWZ. If fewer offers are submitted that cannot be rejected, the Ordering Party will conclude a framework agreement with all Contractors for a given task who meet all the requirements of the SWZ and the Public Procurement Act. If one offer is received not subject to rejection. The Ordering Party will conclude a framework agreement with one contractor. The Ordering Party informs that after concluding the framework agreement, it will award partial (executive) orders successively depending on the needs and obtained financial resources for implementation, in accordance with the terms of the contract specified in the framework agreement, without conducting a competitive procedure pursuant to Art. 314 section 1 point 1 of the Public Procurement Law in the form of cascade awarding of contracts based on...
