Subject of the order is the delivery of an ultrasound machine with its assembly, installation, calibration, integration with the existing infrastructure of the Ordering Party, commissioning and conducting staff training in the field of operation devices. Implementation takes place in under the procedure entitled "Buying a camera ultrasound (USG) for the emergency room” conducted as part of the task entitled: "Construction, reconstruction, expansion, modernization and investment purchases in other medical units, excluding provincial ones Entities "Medicinal". 2. Detailed description of the subject of the order, including minimum requirements and parameters technical, functional and operational specifications of the ultrasound device are included in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. This description should be interpreted in conjunction with any changes SWZ resulting from the explanations provided. 3. As part of the execution of the order, the Contractor is obliged in particular to: − delivery of a brand new ultrasound device with complete equipment to the Ordering Party's registered office, at its own expense and risk, − contributions, assembly, installation and configuration of the device in the room indicated by the Ordering Party, − connecting the camera to the necessary installations...
