1. The subject of the order is the delivery and purchase of an ultrasound device.2. A detailed description of the delivery that is the subject of this procedure is included in the Product and price sheet constituting Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ and the Description of the subject of the order constituting Appendix No. 2 to the Draft Agreement. This description should be read together with changes in the content of the SWZ, e.g. as a result of responses to contractors' inquiries.3. The contractor is obliged to complete the order on the terms and conditions described in the draft contract constituting the Appendix. No. 7 to SWZ.
