The ultrasound device will be used by the internal medicine outpatient clinic of Ahvenisto Hospital (Assi) for the special department of rheumatic diseases. Oma Hämeen is responsible for organizing and providing maintenance services for the medical equipment owned by the Kanta-Hämeen welfare area. support services Oy. The maintenance contract is concluded with the provider and Oma Hämeen tukipalvelut Oy. Maintenance contract offers are requested in two scopes:- fixed-term maintenance contract- full maintenance contract. The procurement unit and Oma Hämeen tukipalvelut together decide the warranty period separately from the scope of the after-sales service agreement.
