National ID Card/ Nationality Certificate5. Authorization Letter6. A satisfactory completion certificate of similar works of at least Tk. 200000.00 (Two lakh) under Single contract over a period of 5 (five) years in any Government/Semi Government/Autonomous organizations.7. Tenderer must have a minimum period of general experience 3 (three) years i.e the Tenderer must provide experience certificates of last 03 (Three) years.8. Certificate of the minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk. 290000.00 (two lakh ninety thousand ). 9. Tenderer must have minimum average annual supply turnover of Tk. 150000.00 (One lakh fifty thousand ) during the last 3 (three) years.
