Tender Details

Purchase of two used diesel multiple units with the option of additionally purchasing two used diesel multiple units 1. The subject of the order is the sale by the Contractor to the Ordering Party of used, defect-free, combustion units traction units of one type specified in detail in the Contract Template (hereinafter referred to as the "Vehicle" or "Vehicles", respectively), in the number of 2 pieces together with their delivery to the Ordering Party, and also, on the terms referred to in Chapter 2, section 6-7 of the Terms of Order Specification sale and delivery of additional 2 Vehicles (hereinafter referred to as the "Subject of the order"). A detailed description of the Vehicles and the requirements imposed on them is included in Annex No. 5 to the Template Agreement. 2. The term used diesel multiple unit should be understood as a Vehicle produced and approved for operation after January 1, 2007. 3. The Contractor is obliged to provide Vehicles enabling multiple traction transport (understood as a combination of 2 Vehicles in a way that allows them to be controlled from one cabin control in any Vehicle configuration). 4. The Ordering Party requires that each of the delivered Vehicles, on the day of their delivery, has at least a P4 or higher inspection performed and documented, with the possibility of operation for at least the next 9 years and at least at least 1, 100, 000 km until the next P4 or P5 service. 5. The Contractor is obliged to enable the final acceptance of the Vehicle to be carried out at the Ordering Party's Rolling Stock Maintenance Point located (according to the indications...
