1. The subject of the order is the purchase of two rescue boats. The subject of the order is described in detail in Annex 5 to the SWZ - Description of the subject of the order. The remaining conditions for the implementation of the order are specified in the draft public procurement contract, the draft agreement constitutes Annex No. 3 to SWZ.2. The Ordering Party reserves the right to cancel the procedure pursuant to Art. 310 of the Act in a situation where he is not granted all or part of the financial resources he intends to use to finance the subject orders.3. The order in question is intended for co-financing from the Civil Protection and Civil Defense Program for 2025-2026.
