The Municipality of Pamplona, through the Funds are taken from the Loan Proceeds- LBP intends to apply the sum of Twelve Million Pesos Only (12, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Purchase of Two (2) Unit 33-seater (passenger) Coaster Bus, Negros Oriental. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
