The Local Government Unit of Silago, Province of Southern Leyte, through the CAPITAL OUTLAY (MAYOR-S OFFICE), intends to apply the sum of THREE MILLION THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P3, 300, 000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PURCHASE OF TWO (2) BRAND-NEW UNITS OF ELECTRONIC POWERED MULTI-PURPOSE VEHICLES (MPVs) WITH FREE CHARGER. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
