Bid No. B-153-2024

1. The Provincial Government of Negros Oriental, through Source of Fund: Responsibility Center: 8711-29B(22) / Account Code: 10705040, intends to apply the sum of Five Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 5, 500, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract Purchase of Twenty (20) Units Tractor Implement, Rotavator for use in the Office of the Provincial Agriculturist, Province of Negros Oriental. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Negros Oriental now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by the End-user within 10-15 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
