TECHNICAL TASK for the purchase of a tunnel (conveyor) oven for pizza 1. General provisions Subject of purchase: Tunnel (conveyor) pizza oven Moretti Forni T64E (or equivalent with similar technical characteristics) - 1 (one) unit Purpose: Continuous baking pizza and other products (hot snacks, lasagna, toast) in catering establishments with a high flow of customers. Delivery address: Kyiv, Generala Naumova, 292. Technical characteristics. Productivity: at least 25 pizzas/hour with a diameter of 30 cm. Type heating: 380V electrical connection. Power: not more than 7 kW. Temperature mode: Maximum heating temperature not less than 320°C. Control: Electronic panel for adjusting the temperature and baking time. Recipe programming function.3. Design features and materials Body and camera material: High-quality stainless steel, resistant to corrosion and high temperatures. Conveyor (belt): Adjustable conveyor speed (change of baking time). Direction of movement (left to right or reversible).4. Dimensions and installation conditions Maximum dimensions of the furnace (LxWxH): 1234 * 800 * 480 (approximate). Equipment weight: no more than 100 kg. 5. Supplier and service requirements Warranty: At least 12 months from an official representative in Ukraine.
