1. The subject of the order is the purchase of a truck (mobile command post) with equipment. A detailed description of the subject of the order includes: Specification of the Order Terms; Annex No. 7 to the SWZ - consisting of the Description for the mobile command post and 29 appendices to the above-mentioned description; draft provisions of the contract. 2. The Ordering Party may invalidate the contract award procedure if the funds that the Ordering Party intended to allocate to finance the contract were not granted to it (Article 257 of the Public Procurement Act).
