The purpose of this contract is to carry out training activities in the specialty A2 Legal Affairs and the sub-specialty "MODE OF MANAGEMENT AND PUBLIC ORDER - A2A" on behalf of the Provence Alpes Côte d'Azur Delegation of CNFPT. The services covered by this contract are part of an operation broken down into three (3) lots, as follows: - Lot No. 1: Public purchasing management strategy and public service delegation modalities, - Lot No. 2: Securing procedures, - Lot No. 3: Public procurement and ecological transition. The framework agreement is concluded without a minimum amount but with an indication of a maximum annual amount excluding taxes for each of the lots. The volume of services to be carried out under the framework agreement is broken down as follows: - Lot n° 1: 117, 500.00 euros excluding tax maximum, - Lot no. 2: 50, 000.00 euros excluding tax maximum, - Lot no. 3: 50, 000.00 euros excluding tax maximum. This contract is concluded for a period of one (1) year from its date of notification. The contract may be renewed for periods of one year and by tacit agreement, it being specified that the holder cannot refuse the renewal.
