Purchase of training services under the Special Pedagogy and Special Psychology qualification improvement course program (interim) The purchasing organization plans to purchase training in Special pedagogy and special psychology professional development course program services. The requirements for the procurement object are set out in Appendix 9 of the Special Procurement Conditions "Drafts of the Preliminary Contract and the Main Contract with Annexes". In carrying out this public procurement, the procuring organization intends to conclude a preliminary contract for the purchase of services with 4 suppliers or with a smaller number of suppliers, if less than 4 suppliers will be recognized as the winners of the tender. Based on the preliminary contract with the suppliers concluded with it, it will be concluded contracts for the purchase of services for basic training under the program of special pedagogy and special psychology qualification improvement courses. The purchase is carried out for the benefit of the Kaunas Education Innovation Center.
