The purpose of this contract is the purchase of training services on the theme of Management, reception and communication in libraries for the Hauts-de-France delegation of the CNFPT. This is a framework agreement with single-award purchase orders, executed by successive issuance of purchase orders. It will be concluded without a minimum amount and with a maximum amount set at 40, 000 euro(s) excluding tax per year.
