Purchase of training services according to the course of Pedagogical and psychological knowledge The procuring organization plans to purchase training services based on the Pedagogical and Psychological Knowledge course. The requirements for the procurement object are set out in Appendix 9 of the Special Procurement Conditions "Draft preliminary contract with annexes". In carrying out this public procurement, the procuring organization plans to enter into a preliminary contract for the purchase of services with 4 suppliers or with a smaller number of suppliers, if they are recognized as the winners of the tender less than 4 suppliers. On the basis of the preliminary contract, the main contracts for the purchase of services for training in the course of Pedagogical and psychological knowledge will be concluded with the suppliers who concluded it. The purchase is carried out for the benefit of the Kaunas Education Innovation Center.
