The subject of the order is the purchase of a tractor under the OLiOC program for the Parzczew Commune. The subject of the order is the purchase of a brand new tractor. The delivered tractor must be manufactured no earlier than in 2025. The tractor will be used by the Parzczew Commune for purposes related to the implementation of tasks in crisis situations, in particular to remove the effects of natural disasters, breakdowns and other events requiring the use of specialized equipment. The delivered subject of the order must be complete from the point of view of the purpose for which it is intended. used, unused, unregistered, free from physical and legal defects and third party claims, has complete documentation necessary for its registration and operation.
