Purchase of tractor with service agreement Sogndal municipality needs to buy a tractor for the department in Balestrand. Areas of use of the tractor include road and park maintenance, road scraping, towing trailers, minor plowing etc.. The tractor must be new or possibly demo driven with few hours. The supplier must be able to service the tractor. The municipality has a Fendt Vario 411 which the supplier must take as trade-in. New tractor is valued at NOK 1.3 million ex VAT. The value of the expenditure for the service agreement will come in addition. The trade-in tractor is valued at between 200, 000 and 300, 000 ex VAT, and deductions will be made. The value of the cost of the service agreement comes in addition.
