Tender Details

1) The subject of the order is the delivery of one brand new agricultural tractor with a factory-installed or dedicated front loader, intended for road, municipal and transport works, including cooperation with trailers road. (year of production 2026).2) The tractor must have a set of documents to be registered in accordance with the regulations in force in Poland, on the basis of admission to traffic, i.e.: 1) sales invoice, 2) service book in Polish, 3) certificate approval, 4) warranty documents, 5) technical sheets of the tractor and accessories.4. The Contractor undertakes to ensure that the delivered vehicle that is the subject of the order is brand new, unused, ready for work, free from physical and legal defects and has not been previously registered.5. The vehicle that is the subject of the order must meet the requirements in terms of technical parameters and equipment specified in detail in the description of the subject of the order (Appendix No. 1 to SWZ)6.
