The city of Oulainen will acquire a new tractor-drawn ski machine, which will be used to maintain the slopes maintained by the city of Oulainen (23 km in total). The skimmer must have a glacier-crushing feature and the working width must be at least 3.60m. The price (VAT 0%) must include the Finnish-language operating and maintenance manuals and sufficient operating and maintenance training for the machine's users when the machine is delivered.
