Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery to the Ordering Party's headquarters of a brand new tractor (agricultural tractor) with accessories, i.e. snow plow, sand spreader, rear-side flail mower. A detailed description of the subject of the order is set out in the annex. No. 1 to SWZ.2. The Contractor bears all costs associated with delivering the subject of the contract to the Ordering Party and is responsible for the subject matter of the contract (risk of loss, damage, etc.) until it is received by the Ordering Party.3. The contractor will provide a minimum guarantee i warranty for a period of 12 months from the date of receipt of the final subject of the contract. Extension of the warranty and warranty period for a complete set of agricultural tractor with accessories will be rewarded with additional points. 4. The task is co-financed under the Protection Program Population and Civil Defense for the years 2025-2026.
