1. The subject of the order is the purchase of a tractor under a subsidy from the Civil Protection and Civil Defense Program for 2025-2026. A detailed description of the subject of the order (SOPZ) is specified in Chapter II and constitutes an annex to the Specification of Terms and Conditions of the order (hereinafter referred to as hereinafter SWZ).2.
