1. The subject of the order is the purchase of a brand new tractor. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Appendix No. 6 to SWZ.2. The Contractor guarantees that the delivered tractor and the equipment, devices and accessories installed in it are brand new, original, free from physical and legal defects, complete, consistent with the description of the subject of the order and will have a complete set of required documents. 3. The Contractor declares that the delivered tractor is not encumbered with the rights of third parties and is not the subject of any proceedings or security. 4. The contractor declares that the subject of the order, o referred to in point 1: a) is brand new, unused, is not a demonstration vehicle, was produced no earlier than 2023, is complete, free from construction, material and workmanship defects, ready for registration and use for the purposes specified in the contract, b) is in a condition undamaged, technically functional, complete and ready for use, c) is not limited by the rights of third parties, is not the subject of any proceedings or security.5.
