The purpose of the procurement contract is to procure for the customer one (1) new tracked excavator, which must be new and unused and has suitable for digging graves in Church and Chapel cemeteries and other excavation work all year round. The offered tracked excavator must meet the technical requirements presented in this request for tender, which are detailed in the appendix to the request for tender 8 May 2026 The excavator must also meet occupational safety requirements for the driver and the work environment and EU regulations. The last possible delivery date of the machine is 31 December 2026. from the economic advantage of the excavator as a whole. The scoring of the competition is done as follows: - the lowest price gets 50 points and other prices are compared to the lowest price - usability for cemetery excavations is compared during the bidding period, so the bidder must deliver the machine corresponding to the offer (time to be agreed with the customer) to Kappelinhautausmaa for a test drive lasting two working days. The points are accumulated from the points given by three people (0 - 10 p. each).
