Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PURCHASE OF TOGA SET FOR CITY COLLEGE GRADUATION RITES
1. The City Government of San Jose del Monte, Bulacan, through the Appropriation Ordinance of 2026, intends to apply the sum of four million pesos (₱4, 000, 000.00), being the ABC to payments under the contract for: Purchase of Toga Set for City College Graduation Rites (BP-2026-06-0097). Bids received more than the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The City Government of San Jose del Monte, Bulacan now invites bids for Purchase of Toga Set for City College Graduation Rites (BP-2026-06-0097). Delivery of the Goods shall be made within sixty (60) days after receipt of the Purchase Order. Bidders should have completed at least ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
