INVITATION TO BID FOR
“PURCHASE OF TOBACCO FERTILIZER”
1. The Municipality of Pinili, Ilocos Norte through the RA 7171 LBM 91 intends to apply the sum of THIRTY FOUR MILLION TWO HUNDRED FORTY TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED EIGHTY TWO PESOS & 00/100 (34, 242, 582.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PIN2026-039. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Pinili, Ilocos Norte now invites bids for Complete (10-18-24), Ammonium Sulfate (21-0-0), Urea (46-0-0), and Sulfate of Potash (0-0-50) . Delivery of the goods is required within 15 CD after the receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within the last two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
