1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF GUINOBATAN, ALBAY, through the Office of the Mayor-Support to Tricycle Drivers and Operators-Donation intends to apply the above-mentioned sum of One Million Seven Hundred Ninety Eight Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy Five Pesos (Php. 1, 798, 875.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for payment under the contract for the Purchase of Tire (Support to Tricycle Drivers and Operators) Guinobatan, Albay. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Guinobatan, Albay, now invites bids for the above-mentioned procurement project. Delivery of the goods is required as specified in Section VI (Schedule of Requirements) of the Bidding Documents.
