Purchase of a tire crane The government contract concerns the purchase of a tire crane. This is a specialized vehicle, equipped with double tires and equipped with a triple boom lifting arm with a tiltrotator at the end, on which various workpieces can be confirmed. This multifunctional tool will be used for the maintenance of canals in the public domain, minor sewerage works, road repairs, general earthworks and the digging of graves in cemeteries. The assignment also includes a mandatory option regarding the maintenance of the tire crane. This option concerns the performance of periodic maintenance and the provision of service in the event of defects. If the contracting authority decides this option, a maintenance contract is concluded for an initial period of one year. This contract is then tacitly renewed for successive periods of one year each, unless notice is given, and this up to a maximum of five times.
