Performer (Participant) - if available, according to the conditions of services, subscriptions and licensing (volume of presentation, procedure of payment collection, validity period of licenses, etc.); - ensure full use of the requested configuration is obliged to supply the necessary fully equipped and operational equipment; - that the period of official support of the manufacturer for the delivered model lasts at least 5 years from the date of conclusion of the contract guarantees; - the manufacturer of the proposed server equipment must have the current official status of cooperation and confirm it with a certificate of cooperation or the equipment delivery given by the manufacturer specifically for this competition must submit a MAF (Manufacturer Authorization Form) letter confirming the right to issue and provide warranty service; - ensures the compliance of the product quality with the requirements of the technical assignment and is responsible to the Customer for the identified defects will be; - the supplied equipment must be fully assembled in accordance with the requirements of the technical assignment and the delivery set specified by the manufacturer. Competition All other requirements for applicants are attached to the Competition document given. Also, the contestants must sign the necessary documents for the contest in accordance with Appendix 1 of this document.
