The ordering party requires offering brand new, unused, type C road ambulances with a medical part, meeting the requirements of the harmonized standard PN-EN 1789 or equivalent. The offered ambulances must have brand new equipment, free from defects, covered by the vehicle manufacturer's warranty, meeting the requirements of the Act of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1251), the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of December 31, 2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope their necessary equipment (Journal of Laws 2024, item 502), applicable standards PN-EN 1789 for means of road transport type C and PN-EN 1865 (requirements for stretchers and other medical equipment for moving patients used in road ambulances) or equivalent.
