INVITATION TO BID FOR PURCHASE OF THREE (3) UNITS VEHICLES - SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD OFFICE



1. The City Government of Bacoor, through Appropriation Ordinance No. 07 s.2016 approved by the Sangguniang, intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION NINE HUNDRED NINETY FIVE THOUSAND PESOS AND ZERO CENTAVO (PhP1, 995, 000.00 ) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Purchase of Three (3) Units Vehicles - Sangguniang Panlungsod Office (APP/Contract No. 1606-S101). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.



2. The City Government of Bacoor now invites bids for Purchase of Three (3) Units Vehicles. Delivery of the Goods is required for the period 30 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
