TECHNICAL TASK for the purchase of equipment: Sealer of trays (Thermopacking machine)1. The subject of purchase Thermopacking machine (tray sealer) GASTRO HIT TE-39 (or equivalent) — 2 (two) units. Designed for sealing (soldering) plastic trays with finished products with the help of heat-shrinkable film. 2. General technical requirements The equipment must be new, without signs of use, meet safety standards for the food industry and have the following basic characteristics: Country of manufacture: Turkey. Overall dimensions (LxWxH): no more than 250 x 515 x 370 mm. Equipment weight: up to 23.5 kg. Control type: digital thermostat for precise temperature control. Operating temperature range: from +50 to +250 °C (allows the use of different types of films as PP/PET).Heating bar material: aluminum with Teflon (non-stick) coating to prevent film sticking.Film trimming system: built-in contour/reinforced knife for even trimming of the film along the contour of the tray.Type of sealed trays: PP (polypropylene), PET (polyethylene terephthalate). Power supply: 220 V. Power consumption: no more than 0.7 kW. 3. Requirements for completeness The participant (supplier) must provide a set that includes: Thermal packaging machine (base unit). Interchangeable matrices for trays: 187x137 mm - 1 unit. and 227x178 mm - 1 unit. for each of the thermal packaging machines. Operating instructions in Ukrainian. 4. Requirements for quality and safety The equipment must be made of materials approved for contact with food products (availability relevant sanitary and hygienic conclusions or declarations of conformity). Availability of warranty service (at least 12 months) with the indication of the service center in Ukraine. 5.
