Purchase of thermal energy The subject of this order is the comprehensive supply of heat (delivery and transmission/distribution of thermal energy) to the complex of buildings of the National Prosecutor's Office located in Warsaw (02-676), ul. Postępu 3, via the network heating in the amount resulting from the ordered thermal power and planned consumption of thermal energy for a period of 36 months starting from December 1, 2026 (i.e. after the expiry of the contract currently in force in this regard) or until earlier exhaustion the amount of thermal energy ordered, whichever comes first. Subject of the order: comprehensive heat supply (supply and transmission/distribution of thermal energy) to the complex of buildings of the National Prosecutor's Office located in Warsaw (02-676), ul. Postępu 3, using the heating network in the amount resulting from the ordered thermal power and planned consumption of thermal energy for a period of 36 months starting from December 1, 2026 (i.e. after the expiry of the current applicable contract) or until the amount of heat ordered is exhausted, whichever comes first.
