Purchase of thermal energy. The subject of this order is the comprehensive supply of heat (delivery and transmission/distribution of thermal energy) to the complex of buildings of the National Prosecutor's Office located in Warsaw (02-676), ul. Postępu 3, via the network heating in the amount resulting from the ordered thermal power and planned thermal energy consumption for a period of 36 months starting from September 1, 2026 (i.e. after the expiry of the contract currently in force in this regard) or until earlier exhaustion of the amount of ordered thermal energy, whichever comes first.
