1) The Municipality of Magdiwang, Romblon, through the Continuing Funds -under of the Municipal Mayor-s Office intends to apply the sum of One Million Four Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos and 00/100 (Php1, 450, 000.00), Philippine Currency being the ABC to payments under the contract for The Purchase of TF-BDK Seaborne Patrol Boat with Project ID No. 2026-22-Goods. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening..
2) The Municipality of Magdiwang, now invites bids for the above-cited procurement project. Bids Received in excess of the ABC shall automatically rejected at bid opening. Delivery of the Goods is required within Thirty (30) calendar days from receipt of Notice to proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, at least Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
