1) The MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF BAYAMBANG, through the TRUST FUND - 2026intends to apply the
sum of ONE MILLION THREE HUNDRED SIXTEEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED SIXTEEN PESOS
(PhP1, 316, 516.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the PURCHASE OF TEXT
BOOKS FOR BAYAMBANG POLYTECHNIC COLLEGE (BPC) / NJQ-GOODS-06-2026-041. Bids received
in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF BAYAMBANG now invites bids for the above-mentioned project. Delivery
of the Good2 is required WITHIN THIRTY (30) CALENDAR DAYS. Bidders should have completed, at least
TWO (5) YEARS from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The
description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II.
