PURCHASE OF TENT
The Barangay Government of San Jose, Antipolo City, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Five Thousand Pesos Php 405, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Purchase of Tent. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Barangay Government of San Jose, Antipolo City now invites bids for the Purchase of Tent. Delivery of Goods is 30 days.
Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act” as revised by RA 12009, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act” and its IRR.
The Barangay Government of San Jose is undertaking Early Procurement Activities (EPA) for this project to facilitate the timely commencement of procurement processes.
