Brief description of the subject of the contract: 1. Services will be provided in the field of outgoing local, zone, long-distance telephone calls and to national mobile telephone networks, 2. provision of telephone services in the public telephone network in the scope of incoming telephone connections - Instatistical hotline. It will transfer the statistical hotline number 22 2799999 to the Contractor's network, 3. The Contractor must have a telecommunications network termination point (within the meaning of Article 2 point 52 of the Act of July 16, 2004, Telecommunications Law, Journal of Laws 2004.171.1800, as amended) at the Ordering Party's headquarters, townspeoplelocated in the building of the Central Statistical Office at al. Niepodlegoci 208 in Warsaw. The Ordering Party does not allow the provision of the service via a radio link. 4. In order to provide telecommunications services for the purposes of the Call Center system, the Contractor is obliged, during the term of the contract, to make available at the premisesthe Ordering Party's network - 6 ISDN PRA (30B D) digital lines in wired technology, connect and configure them to work with 3 Dialogic DMG2060DTISQ devices owned by the Ordering Party., 5.
