1. The subject of the order is the purchase of anonymized telemetry data and granting a license to use Telemetry Databases and software necessary for the use and analysis of the Databases in question for the entire period of validity. contract in accordance with the scope specified in the OPZ (hereinafter referred to as the Software).2. As part of the implementation of the subject of the order, the Contractor will guarantee: 1) access to the Database from March 1, 2026 to the extent and on the terms described in the OPZ and PPU; 2) access to archival telemetry Databases covering the period from January 1, 2012 to February 28, 2026, together with the Software necessary for the needs related to the use and analysis of the Databases in question in accordance with the principles specified in OPZ and IPU.3) providing the Software referred to in section 1 above, for the duration of the contract and for 3 months after the expiry of the contract period.3. A detailed description of the subject of the order containing minimum requirements for the scope of research telemetry and Databases and the minimum technical and functional requirements of the Software for reading Databases, as well as the conditions and method of order execution are included in the OPZ constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ and the Draft Provisions of the Agreement in regarding the public procurement that is the subject of this procedure, which will be introduced into the content of this contract, constituting Annex No. 6 to SWZ4.
