Administrative, brake maintenance; maintenance of the frame of the reducer and the rack; pulley (KASH)

block maintenance; speed limiter (SM) maintenance; maintenance of the final circuit breakers of the correction ski; maintenance of tension ropes and SM ropes; maintenance of magnetic and indicators of guides, electrical apparatus and electrical disconnectors; to check the regular intervals, if necessary, to adjust the doors according to TI;

counterweight maintenance; maintenance of underlays, cabin suspensions, holders and suspension cables; equipment to clean (rulers, wheels, counter wheels, rasps, electric switches, etc.)

In case of any problem, after the Customer informs the Executive, the Executive must consider the request within 1-3 hours and eliminate the situation as soon as possible.

Conducted in executive elevators must record information about all technical service and inspection works in the "Control registration log of technical service works carried out in elevators" provided by the Customer, in a complete, correct and timely manner.
