PKP Linia Hutnicza Szerokotorowa sp. z o.o. in Zamość requests a price offer for the supply of the products mentioned in the proceedings. By joining the procedure, the bidder accepts the following conditions: The unit price includes transport costs. Period the offer is valid for at least 14 days from the end of the procedure. Required delivery to the Multi-Branch Warehouse in Sędziszów (28-340 Sędziszów ul. Kielecka 12B). Required payment deadline is 30 days from receipt of the invoice and goods. Minimum warranty required. 12 months. NO the submission of variant offers is allowed. The Ordering Party reserves the right to cancel the procedure without giving reasons. The detailed terms and conditions of the order are included in the order form attached as Annex 1 to the procedure. Contractors entering the contract of these proceedings, they undertake to familiarize themselves with the information on not breaking or circumventing the Sanctions Regulations (Appendix No. 2 to the proceedings).
